Order help

The quickest route is your own order page — the link in your order email, or the page your payment sent you back to. It shows your files and your order details, and it stays valid for 72 hours after purchase. If you still have it, open it first: most questions answer themselves there.

Our support inbox is being switched on as part of the store launch and is not accepting mail yet — nothing sent today would reach us. This page will show the address, and a link to write to us, the moment the inbox is live.
