Privacy

We keep this short and honest: we hold only what is needed to make and deliver your map, and card data never reaches us.

What we store

• Your email address — so we can send your order and your files.
• Your map's moment and place — the date, time, place and any short message you entered — so we can generate the map you ordered and re-serve it if you come back to your download link.
• Your shipping details — name, postal address and phone number — but only for a framed print, because a parcel needs somewhere to go. Digital-only orders are not asked for an address.
• An order record — what you bought, in which currency, and when — so we can support you and keep proper accounting.

What we never see

• Your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor on their own hosted checkout page. Card numbers never touch our servers — we only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
• Ad or profiling data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or trade your information.

Who else is involved

Two processors handle parts of your order under their own privacy terms: our payment processor takes the payment, and our email provider sends your order emails. That is all — we don't pass your details to anyone else.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your purchase and to meet accounting rules. If you would like your personal data deleted, ask us and we will remove what we can, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.
