Every map is made for one moment and one place, and digital files can't be returned — so we don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your date, time and place carefully before you pay; the free preview is there for exactly that.

We will always make it right if we got it wrong

If your files never arrive, if the map isn't what you ordered, or if a print arrives damaged, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Nothing about that requires you to return anything.

Our support inbox is being switched on with the store launch, so there is no address to write to yet. Keep your order page link — it stays valid for 1 year and shows your files — and Contact shows the address the moment the inbox is live.
